Retail Store Design Project
Design development, and fabrication for the renovation of Coach’s flagship store, with a focus on integrating brand narratives and immersive storytelling at the core of the redesign.
The Brief
The main outcome of this project was to design a new façade and store layout for Coach’s Garden State Plaza location, refreshing the brand’s identity to appeal to a modern, trendy Gen Z audience.

Design Role
Design Intern - Seen Studios
While working at the retail design and branding agency Seen Studios, I contributed to the early ideation phase of the Coach project. My role involved supporting concept development through mood boards, sketches, material and color selection, as well as 3D design and visualisation.
Coach Project
The Design Process:
01—Brand Strategy
Crafting a research-backed brand strategy to support the design direction of the facade idea.
02—Facade Design
The research into Coach’s brand identity and Gen Z audiences is used to build a compelling design language powered by immersive storytelling.
The curated selection of visual media, materials, and color palettes shapes elements of the storytelling, and also helps to further refine aesthetic details within the store’s design language.
03—Concept Development
All forms of research are reflected in the forms of early concepts, and later on, detailed 3D visualisations of the final facade design.
